reading on the Taman Sinar Harapan issue,
mental patients caged up, some chained, nude n left to skin n bones bcz their caretakers thought it was too troublesome to feed them. their cells filled with the stench of urine n feces on the floors. no beds. no blanket.
in the women's block, women walking ard nude. clothes dried on dirty floors caked with fungus. children fed with cough syrup to keep them docile n quiet.
1 would hav thought it was a fictional tale from a book.
but no.
it's happening right here in our country.
in a secluded area shied from public.
in a GOVERnment shelter. pretty IRONIC name huh. taman sinar harapan.

i am just speechless. my mouth is still wide opened.

I read about that too, from Lau's blog. sigh..
walao, so cham. they already mentally challenged, yet they do such inhumane thing to them, will even worsen their condition.
